The Broward County Sheriff’s Office says in a news release that Sean Charles Greer, 27, of Wilton Manors, confessed to hitting the children with his vehicle Monday after he was arrested Tuesday.
The car was later found in Wilton Manor and had damage “consistent” with the incident, according to the sheriff’s office. The front bumper of the car was recovered at the scene.
