A man has been arrested on suspicion of murder and attempted murder
Floral tributes have been left at the scene of a fatal house fire in Clifton which has claimed the lives of two young children. A number of bouquets have been left on the pavement outside the fat in Fairisle Close on Monday, November 21.
Inspector Karl Thomas, district commander for city south, said: "It's with great sorrow that I speak today regarding the family where a one-year-old and a three-year-old tragically lost their lives in a fire during the early hours of the morning of November 20. The mother, a 28-year-old female, is in a critical condition.
Rev Cartwright added: "This morning the community feels strangely subdued. People find their own ways of expressing their grief.
