The agency says an atmospheric river is impacting coastal B.C., with moderate to heavy rain anticipated through Friday. The federal weather agency says the rain will taper off to a few showers this afternoon for most regions, with the exception of West Vancouver Island and Howe Sound, where heavy rain will continue overnight.
