While the full purchase is reserved, payment is only taken when installments are due.

The company claims that merchants that offer Float at checkout see a 134 percent increase in basket size, higher conversions from shoppers to buyers and a more premium customer base.

“Partnering with Peach Payments marks yet another key milestone for Float, enabling thousands of merchants to boost sales with flexible, card-linked instalment solutions that empower shoppers with responsible payment options,” says chief executive officer at Float, Alex Forsyth-Thompson.. Merchants it works with include NetFlorist, Weylandts, Computicket, and One Day Only.

“Peach Payments has seen a rise in popularity of BNPL options, particularly how significantly these options increase conversion rates for merchants. Peach Payments adds value to merchants in many ways. One of these is offering a range of BNPL payment options so customers can take full advantage of merchant offerings,” says head of partnerships at Peach Payments, Anine de Kock ., solutions like Float can offer a good way to get items one needs in a pinch without adding to their credit profile.
