The owners of Flip Out Glasgow were taken to an employment tribunal by a former manager who was unfairly dismissed after raising a grievance against the company.

A former trampoline park manager has been left out of work and relying on Job Seekers Allowance after being unfairly dismissed for whistleblowing.

After the business was brought under new ownership, the management team expressed concerns about changes to the terms and conditions of their employment, the withholding of bonus payments, working hours and pension contributions. After one manager decided to take voluntary redundancy "in an attempt to protect his colleagues jobs", the company decided to still terminate Mr Gallagher's employment.

Employment Judge Ian McPherson ruled that the company didn't satisfy the Tribunal that the reason for the Mr Gallagher's dismissal was redundancy.
