Old meets new with the pristine upcoming Samsung Galaxy Z Flip5 and Fold5 as Samsung introduces their new tech with the same flair for Y2K nostalgia.
Over the years, smartphones have gone through countless evolutions and rebirths. Now, in 2023, we find ourselves in an age of fusing old and new tech in new and exciting ways. Samsung is no stranger to innovation as they pioneer the launch of their latest in the Galaxy Z series – the Galaxy Z Fold5 and Galaxy Z Flip5.
“There’s a definite throwback to that design and period,” he says, “Now, we have the ability to bend glass, to make a full-size display fit into a foldable product – and we can bring that trend of, sort of, we’re going to call it the ‘Y2K' trend, back in terms of the look of these products – particularly the Flip5.”
