Fleetwood care home with incomplete paperwork and untrained staff
A care home in Fleetwood has received a damning report after a health watchdog found several failings in its service.
READ MORE: Sisters set up community fridge for families struggling with cost of living crisis in Darwen Certain care plans contained reference to behaviours which may challenge the service however, the CQC discovered that there was no information available in the care plans to guide staff on how to achieve positive outcomes. In addition to this only four of the staff team had received any training in relation to behaviours which may challenge the service.
