State police said the rider crashed into a guide rail.

A motorcyclist running from troopers was killed in a crash early Friday morning in Chester County, according to Pennsylvania State Police.Video above: Pa. crash stats.Police said the crash happened around 1:40 a.m. in East Caln Township.

A statement from PSP said the 31-year-old motorcyclist, who was not named, was riding a black motorcycle, heading east on the Route 30 bypass with troopers in pursuit. Police said the rider “exited the limited access highway at a high rate of speed.” He lost control and crashed into a guide rail of northbound Route 113. The man died from his injuries.
