The ’90s are coming to San Pedro this summer with the launch of a new festival that’s all about the alt-pop side ofTickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Wednesday, March 23, for Flannel Nation, a one-day festival set for Aug. 13 at the Port of Los Angeles in San Pedro.
