Nick Ritchie, who patrols the left wing, has notched nine goals and a dozen helpers in 58 games in the desert this season. Now in his ninth NHL campaign, the 27-year-old has totalled 80 tallies and 181 points in 465 career contests. The Flames also acquired Hunt from the Toronto Maple Leafs in exchange for Radim Zohorna. Originally from Cranbrook, B.C., the 27-year-old left-winger has registered three goals and zero assists in 37 outings this winter between the New York Rangers, Colorado Avalanche and Maple Leafs. Brett Ritchie suited up for 34 games this season — and sniped six goals — on the Flames’ fourth line, while Mackey will embrace a fresh start after being tapped for only 10 games and sitting the rest as a healthy scratch. Zohorna, claimed off the waiver-wire in the fall, has mostly skated with the AHL’s Calgary Wranglers.
