Five reasons why snubbing Lancashire as 'most desirable' place to live is nonsense
It was this week revealed the 'most desirable' places to live in Britain. And in all honesty, we're not quite over the disappointment of not seeing a single Lancashire town, village or city make the cut.
We've thrown together five destinations in Lancashire we've visited in recent months, that we believe deserve to be on any 'desirable place to live' list, and prove that it is not always all about house prices. Oh, and it was recently named one of best places to live in UK by The Times. See that, Telegraph? We've especially enjoyed visiting the eclectic villages, coves and hidden beaches in Morecambe Bay, full of colour and character.

That could be its surroundings such as Barnoldswick, Longridge with its acclaimed restaurant, Chatburn and Scorton.
