Following his move to Mzansi in July from Monagas in his homeland, the 29-year-old is set to make his seventh appearance for Venezuela. The news was revealed by Amakhosi after Castillo’s four goals in 12 appearances . The midfielder’s last national runout was in February 2022, where he was an unused substitute in a 4-1 defeat to Uruguay.
Meanwhile, Chiefs are hours away from finding out who they will face in the brand-new Carling Knockout Cup.. Chiefs, along with last season’s top eight teams, will be seeded in order to draw and face last season’s bottom eight.
