This guy, David Eby, is probably going to be the next premier of BC. The province’s current Attorney General, Eby is thus far the only candidate in the race to succeed John Horgan, who announced he will be stepping down as BC NDP leader due to health reasons following radiation treatment. At 44, Eby would become Canada’s youngest first minister. The opposition BC Liberals, meanwhile, were quick to note that Eby is the author of How to Sue the Police, which is true.
