Grace Kumar and fellow student Barnaby Webber were killed just minutes from where they lived
The second 19-year-old student to be killed in an alleged rampage across Nottingham has been named as Grace Kumar. Grace and fellow student Barnaby Webber were heading home at 4am on Tuesday when they were killed just minutes from where they lived.
A friend of Mr Webber's told the Mirror: "He was a friend of mine. He was just walking home from a club like we all do. They just got unlucky. They were just five minutes from home." "We had a further call to another incident in Milton Street, where the driver of a stolen van had attempted to run over three people.
Top news stories today Kane Brady, a student at the University of Nottingham, told GB News he saw police removing a knife from a white van after a man was arrested outside his house. Locals have been paying their respects to the victims, lighting candles at a vigil held at St Peter's Church in Nottingham.
