Jack Trainner, 27, was found with serious injuries in a common close on Brookfield Road in the town at around 9.05pm on Saturday, April 27. Ambulance crews attended but Jack was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.
Kyle Campbell said: "Jack Trainner where do I begin brother. I'm sorry it had to end is way. I always thought things might have turned out different. An extensive investigation is under way to establish the full circumstances of what happened and police are appealing for information.
