Dry conditions persist through the weekend with rain chances returning next week.
MONTGOMERY, Ala. - The system that brought beneficial rain to central and south Alabama Tuesday is continuing to exit to our east. In its wake will be breezy winds, clearing skies and a major drop in temperatures to end the week. Highs will struggle to warm into the 60s Thursday through Saturday with overnight lows dipping into the 30s and 40s.
Clouds will gradually clear as we move through the day with sunshine returning by this afternoon. Highs will top out around 70 degrees by noon, then start to fall through the evening. By tonight, expect a clear sky with lows hovering around 40 degrees. Winds will remain breezy out of the west.Watch the latest live and local weather data below, streaming on WSFA Weather Now!
