Unified Fire Authority officials say no structures are threatened as firefighters battle a blaze along I-80 near Great Saltair.

The fire started shortly before 7 p.m., an official said Saturday night, but the size of the blaze was unknown. As of 7:30 p.m. the blaze was not threatening any structures and was contained between the the frontage road and the highway, and between Great Saltair and the Great Salt Lake Marina.Information on how the fire started or when it might be contained was not immediately available.
