Fire crews extinguished the fire in the roof of a two-storey home in Carleen, near Helston.
Cornwall Fire and Rescue Service said it was called to the blaze in Carleen at about 22:00 BST on Thursday.Multiple crews were called in to help tackle the fire, which took four hours to extinguish, firefighters said.
The service said an investigation was due to be carried out later.More than three-quarters of people who arrived at A&E in Royal Cornwall Hospitals Trust were seen within four hours last month, new figures show – surpassing the NHS recovery target.
