Following his dismissal from the Nelson Mandela Foundation this week, former CEO Sello Hatang says it is time to “carry my spirit beyond the foundation”.
On Wednesday the foundation's chairperson, Professor Njabulo Ndebele, said Hatang's dismissal followed an internal investigation into his “personal conduct in the workplace” after some employees complained.After thorough consideration, the board determined that Hatang’s conduct was inappropriate and unsuitable for someone in his position. Consequently, they made the decision to dismiss him from his role.
