He said the next phase of the organization's operation is focused on those financial supports. He also said the Red Cross recognizes that all of the people who were hit the hardest may still not have power or internet services and so do not have the means to call in or register online. Some may not be aware that the programs even exist.
For those still without power, MLA offices, Access Nova Scotia centres and local libraries can help in applying online. Paper applications will be available at MLA offices soon.
