Ferne McCann has shown off her incredible body transformation
after embarking on a 21 day fitness and healthy eating challenge.
Compared to the before picture, the reality TV personality’s stomach and legs looked more toned and Ferne flashed her rock hard abs. “I needed a positive focus & to prioritise moving my body, keeping active & clean eating. The pictures reflect my progress so far but more so, I cannot express what this has done for my mental state,” she wrote.
