Fentanyl overdose deaths are on the rise. That's why one Los Angeles teenager created an emergency kit to help save lives.drug overdoses. That drove this local teen to come up with a life-saving idea and turn it into a reality.
"It was on like a Saturday night, I think, I was just at home and they were at home too, it was pretty late... they were saying it was really hard to breathe and so at that point, I decided I should call 911," said Jasper, a junior at Brentwood High School. "Small pupils, like falling in and out of consciousness, weak breathing, choking, lifeless body and cold and clammy skin," Jasper said, reading the symptoms.
