In Fear the Walking Dead season 8, episode 4, Grace was bit by a Walker while saving Mo. The episode ends with Morgan, Mo, Dwight, Sherry, and a now-rescued Finch on their way to find June, whose radiation treatment could save Grace's life.
Can Morgan Save Grace From Her Walker Bite? Fear the Walking Dead season 8 has introduced the idea of treating Walker bites in The Walking Dead universe with radiation. This was first done to Finch in Fear the Walking Dead season 8, episode 3, after PADRE co-leader Shrike forced the child to be bitten by a severed Walker head. The treatments June administered to Finch appear to have worked, as he hasn't shown signs of dying of the infection.
However, Morgan must contend with PADRE's forces as he tries to save Grace, which will also put their daughter Mo in danger. There's also the fact that Fear the Walking Dead's zombie bite treatment isn't a cure. It's just a way to combat the Walker infection before it can spread throughout a victim's body. Because Morgan has to find June while combating PADRE's forces, there's a strong chance he will be too late to save Grace.
Fear the Walking Dead season 8, episode 4 saw Morgan coming to terms with his past, even killing a zombie version of his son, Duane. If Grace dies, Morgan may become just as bloodthirsty as when he first lost Duane in The Walking Dead season 3, making him a formidable opponent for PADRE. While Grace could live, Morgan still faces insurmountable odds in the next episode of Fear the Walking Dead, which may lead to her death.
