It happened just after 2:30 p.m. Sunday at 851 President Street in Park Slope. The water rose quickly, flooding neighboring homes.
Crews originally responded to reports of a sinkhole -- when suddenly a second sinkhole appeared under the weight of the vehicle. At first, inspectors thought there had been a water main break.
Now, they are syaing that even though the area has a history of water main breaks, the mess is from a burst pipe inside a neighbhoring home.
