shocked doughnut-loving Houstonians when it announced over the weekend via social media that it would end operations of its Heights business on Jan. 28.
The doughnut shop, admired for its creative, scratch-made flavors and toppings, posted on Facebook and Instagram that Jan. 28 would be its last day of service after nearly eight years in business. The shop, born from the food truck partnership H-Town StrEATs, opened in spring 2015 at 1901 N. Shepherd in the Heights.
