To celebrate the game's fifth anniversary, Ubisoft has released a new update that adds"one of the most highly requested fan features" to

The free update, which is available to download now on Xbox Series X|S, improves Far Cry 5's performance so players can play the open-world first-person shooter at a native 60fps.The update also provides"a native enhanced resolution on Xbox Series X|S." You will be able to play and unlock"in 1920x1080 resolution on Xbox Series S and in 3840x2160/4K resolution on Xbox Series X.
On top of the free update, Ubisoft has announced that Far Cry 5 will be free-to-play on Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One from March 23rd to March 27th. For all the Game Pass subscribers out there, Far Cry 5, which is one of theto some, is available with your subscription, so if you've been waiting on this"highly requested fan feature," you can now explore Hope County in 60fps.
