'This is so mad!': Emma Freud reveals fan Dave brought on stage to rap with him at Coachella is her son Spike
The 18-year-old son of the Love Actually screenwriter was 'spontaneously' plucked from the crowd and pulled on stage to sing Thiago Silva with the British rapper, 23, at the Californian festival on Sunday night. Following the bizarre appearance, fans voiced their cynicism, claiming that the 'rich kid' had used his connections to bag himself the opportunity.
Certainly expecting her brother, who was privately educated at London's Harrodian School, to make it big in the music industry, she had even written on Instagram at the time: ‘One day he’s going to rule the world'. Dave had announced to the Coachella crowds that he wanted to 'share the stage' with a fan and went on to slowly sing the track's lyrics to see which fans knew all the words in an apparently random act.
