Sarah Reeves, her husband Shaun, 13-year-old Tyler and five-year-old Logan are stuck in the airport in Paris.
A family on a Disneyland Paris holiday have been forced to sleep on an airport floor as they face a four-day flight delay.
It comes amid a UK-wide airspace "network failure" with many holidaymakers facing flight delays and cancellations. The issue means flight plans had to be put in manually by controllers, which meant the number of flights travelling in and out of the UK had to be limited. Sarah continued: "Most hotels are fully booked and ones that are not are so expensive. It’s our first time travelling with the children and our last. Myself and my husband are so tired but so scared to sleep, because if we do, our youngest could wander off as he doesn’t know what’s going on... So we’ve been awake for 17 hours and still awake."
"The safety and wellbeing of our customers and crew is our highest priority and while these circumstances are outside of our control, we would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused and to reassure customers that we are doing everything possible to minimise the impact of the disruption."
