'Raw kindness still exists'
Police have praised the actions of the public on Wednesday after a man was found to be disorientated and walking in the rain.
They offered him a lift to an address he provided, but on arrival, the people he had hoped lived there did not. The family inside kindly took him in from the downpour of rain outside and kept him warm.In a police Facebook post, officers said: "Unfortunately if you were in the Ballycastle or North Coast area yesterday it was a cold and very wet day.
"Whilst they waited they brought the man into their home, kept him warm by their roaring fire and made him cups of tea. Following this we discovered the man’s car was out of fuel.
