According to police, a white Ford E Series van was traveling on the Black Horse Pike when it struck a man who was trying to cross the roadway.Hoff was pronounced dead at the scene.Officials added the van sustained damage to the front grill and possibly the hood in the crash. It's also missing the right front headlight.Hoff's family is grieving the immense loss and hoping the driver comes forward.
Boultinghouse told Action News it was difficult to process the tragedy, especially since the driver never stopped.He was hit by a car in his 20s and lost a leg as a result."He was caring and loving, and he's going to be missed," said Boultinghouse.
