"Without question, this crash was a tragedy," Jamie Holter with the county's Road Services Division wrote in an email. "Currently, the King County Sheriff’s Office is conducting a full investigation. We will review the results of that investigation once completed and look at any potential changes to the road, the intersection, or any other road-related work that may be recommended.
