Egyptian outfit Pyramids FC have moved swiftly to include their R16 million signing, Fagrie Lakay in their CAF Confederations Cup squad. The Egyptians managed to bag the 24-year-old from Cape Town City in a deal believed to be worth $1 million last month, with the Bafana Bafana striker penning a two-and-a-half year deal in Egypt.In his first two matches for the third-placed Egyptian Premier League oufit, Lakay managed to bag three goals, scoring a brace against Sporting and one more against Eastern Company.
So far, Pyramids coach Ihab Galal has preferred to play Lakay in a wide right position, where he is set to compliment the side’s star strikers Ramadan Sobhi and Mahmoud Wadi in a 4-3-3 formation.Take a look at the Rand value of South Africa's most expensive youngsters!
