As the National Union of Metalworkers of South Africa's conference draws closer, a group of suspended officials of the union claims the union's secretary-general Irvin Jim is working to sideline them so that they cannot contest for national positions at the conference.
Numsa's elective conference - known as the Worker's Parliament - is set to take place at Cape Town's International Convention Centre between 25 July and 29 July.
