EFF leader Julius Malema has outlined plans for the 'national shutdown' on Monday.

“If it goes beyond March 20 it will no longer be EFF-led, [because] now society has taken over and it will be a confirmation of what we warned you about that there will be an unled revolution in South Africa. “We've said we are not going to damage property, therefore we will not take responsibility for damaged property.
