Exclusive: Middendorp's Plan to Topple Sundowns

In an exclusive interview with Soccer Laduma, Middendorp highlighted the detrimental impact of frequent coaching changes across the league, which he believes gives Sundowns a significant advantage."I have said it before that the biggest fall for most teams is consistency in the coaching department. It's only now that you see that Orlando Pirates are keeping a coach for three years and it's showing the results.
Middendorp also criticised the practice of hiring underqualified personnel for critical coaching roles.
