Clerks III star reveals weirdness of playing Kevin Smith's real experiences

"To be able to stand there on set and realise that every one of those customers that irritated me when I was in my early 20s was a brick on the road to my future because they come in and I'd be like, 'Oh, unbelievable. I can't believe they asked me that. Somebody should put this in a movie.' And I did, and that's why we're sitting here."
