It also includes working in an Incident Management Role, creating a team’s bridge, engaging appropriate business and technical resources, and managing calls to completion. The focus is on client systems, connectivity, security, and managed service contracts. Candidates must work under pressure, possess excellent customer service and communication skills, and have a logical and methodical approach to troubleshooting. They need to provide triage, first-line support, escalate helpdesk tickets, and ensure all case-related documentation is clear, concise, and consistently updated in the helpdesk ticketing system
