Nash was a senior enlisted airman with Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson’s 673rd Contracting Squadron at the time of the offenses in 2019.along with Best Choice Construction LLC owners Ryan Dalbec and Riahnna Nadem on charges including conspiracy, bribery and money laundering. Nash ultimately pleaded guilty to conspiracy and acceptance of bribes by a public official. He was also sentenced by federal Judge Ralph Beistline to spend three years on supervised release and forfeit the funds he received.
