Here is everything you need to know about Silverstone and the F1 British Grand Prix. The race in Northamptonshire is a fan favourite with thousands descending on the county each year.

Where is the circuit? It is held at Silverstone, the site of a Royal Air Force bomber station which was operational between 1943 and 1946. The circuit straddles the Northamptonshire and Buckinghamshire border.What other races are on? There are not just six hours of Formula 1 cars on track to look forward to at the 2023 British Grand Prix. Three support series are also appearing on the packed schedule.
Is there other entertainment on offer? Oh, you bet. Silverstone bosses confirmed in April that Calvin Harris will be performing the evening before the race weekend at the circuit's first-ever Launch Party.
