Great British Bake Off alum Benjamina Ebuehi (bakedbybenji) revels in the process in her second book, A Good Day to Bake
“It reflects the way I want to bake,” says Ebuehi. Some days, she doesn’t have the time or space for an involved recipe; but on others, spending hours in the kitchen tackling a project bake may be just what she needs.
