, transfer correspondent Pete O’Rourke revealed that the Toffees could face yet another sanction after publishing losses of over £89million in their latest accounts.However, Sean Dyche’s side also announced a loss of £89.1million which added to their losses of £45million in 2021-22 and £121million in 2020-21.Their latest accounts bring their total debut to a huge £330.6million, largely driven by the continuing build of their new stadium at Bramley-Moore Dock.
Everton were hit with a shattering 10-point deduction for profit and sustainability breaches back in November which was subsequently reduced to six in February. The Merseyside club were punished with this breach as they were deemed to have exceeded their allowable losses by £19.5million. However, they could face their second deduction of the season and are in the process of a second hearing which could result in further punishment.
