Euro Giants 'Ready' To Make Osimhen Most Expensive African Ever
A European giant is now reportedly ready to pay Victor Osimhen 's mooted release clause, which would make him the most expensive African footballer of all time.During the current campaign, Osimhen agreed to sign a new deal with his current team Napoli, but in it is believed to be a buyout clause of between €120 million and €130 million , which Les Parisiens seem to have no issue of paying.
The Nigeria international has been a prominent figure in Naples ever since he arrived at the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona. He has scored 74 goals in 129 appearances so far in his career in the south of Italy, but he now seems destined to be leaving, especially considering club president Aurelio De Laurentiis' comments earlier this season.
The Italian executive stated at the beginning of the year that they have anticipated his exit since the previous off-season, naming PSG as a likely destination for the 25-year-old in the process, and it now appears that his words have come to fruition as the French capital looks likely to be the striker's new home.
