Orlando Pirates teenager Relebohile Mofokeng has attracted some interest abroad, but is a move to a European giant now off the table?
Mofokeng had a great first full season at Pirates, finally breaking into the starting 11 regularly being a key player.
To top that off, the month of June has been incredible for Mofokeng, alone. He came off the bench to score a late winner for Pirates in thefinal. That goal ensured that the Buccaneers got two finals victories over Sundowns in the same season. On top of his two trophies, he also made his long awaitedon the continent.
“Rangers are about to sign a boy from Bayern Munich, who plays in Mofokeng’s position, Yusuf Kabadayi. It remains to be seen if they’ll still try to get Mofokeng. “Mofokeng is for the future, but I’m not entirely sure how much money Rangers have set aside to spend on him, I can’t imagine it being too much as they’ve spent money elsewhere . But certainly, when they identify players, Relebohile is one of them, of course. They are bringing in guys at 19, 20.
