Ethics committee recommends that Dipuo Peters be sanctioned for state capture breaches at Prasa
Former transport minister Dipuo Peters has been found in breach of the ethics code for her state capture-era conduct relating to PRASA.Parliament's ethics committee has found a member of President Cyril Ramaphosa's executive, Dipuo Peters, guilty of breaches related to state capture at the troubled Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa .
She previously served as transport minister in former president Jacob Zuma's Cabinet, when state capture was at its height.
