It says it has placed its 500 member structure on high alert ahead of plans by the EFF to stage a national shutdown.
"We are worried about looting, we are worried about the destruction of property that might come. We don't know it will happen, but we are on high alert. We have consulted with the police and metro police department." "We will have our members who will be situated in business areas such as malls in our areas. There are quite a number of shisanyamas within our area as well.
