Erik ten Hag currently faces a somewhat uncertain future at Old Trafford, with Sir Jim Ratcliffe expected to give Manchester United a new lick of paint this summer
Mark Bosnich believes Erik ten Hag will be sacked if Manchester United fail to reach the FA Cup final. The Red Devils will lock horns with Coventry City at Wembley in the semi-final on Sunday, April 21, as either side hopes to get their hands on some silverware.
Mark Robbins' side will be determined to make history at Wembley, but the odds have been heavily stacked in the Red Devils' favour. So much so that Bosnich believes Sir Jim Ratcliffe will be sacked if they lose to the Championship outfit. "If United lose to Coventry then I think that will be it for Ten Hag in the job. It’s quite ironic that it could come against Mark Robbins' team who might well have saved Fergie’s job all those years ago in the FA Cup run on the way to beating Palace."
"I was really impressed with Coventry. Mark Robins is doing an unbelievable job. The way they fought back was really, really impressive. It was no fluke, they deserved it. They were brilliant, Coventry. But it’s understandable everyone wanted them in the semi-final."
