It was thought Martinez was taken off for tactical reasons with the Argentina international picking up a yellow card in the first half.
Midfield Ten Hag may look to tweak his midfield. The trio of Mason Mount, Bruno Fernandes and Casemiro was easily bypassed by the Wolves players last time out. Garnacho had a difficult time against former Barcelona full-back Nelson Semedo. With the youngster seemingly more effective off the bench and Rashford being more comfortable off the left, Ten Hag has a choice to make through the middle.
Ten Hag faces selection dilemmas in defence, midfield and in attack. Expect changes to be made this Saturday, though his new-look midfield might be given a second chance.
