Reports have suggested that Erik ten Hag will be dismissed by Sir Jim Ratcliffe after Man United's FA Cup final against Manchester City, regardless of the result.

Sir Jim Ratcliffe was due to make a decision on Ten Hag’s future by the end of the season, having not been totally convinced by the coach, who arrived in 2022. Asked whether it has affected him personally, the 54-year-old told BBC Sport: “ not. Just focus on the game, focus on the team and that’s all that matters.” MEN Sport understands that Ipswich Town boss Kieran McKenna would be open to securing the job at United. The 38-year-old was a coach at Old Trafford between 2016 and 2021, first overseeing the Under-18s before becoming assistant manager.
