.Englobe_corp has announced it has opened a new construction inspection and materials testing laboratory in Ontario’s National Capital Region.

ENGLOBE — Englobe’s new Ottawa testing lab is the new home base of the firm’s 75 Ottawa-area employees.

The engineering and environmental services firm is active in geotechnical consulting, construction inspection and materials testing, instrumentation and monitoring, and environmental engineering. It serves contractors, developers and infrastructure owners. Other services out of the Ottawa lab will include reinforcing steel inspections, geotechnical investigations and slope stability assessments, instrumentation and vibration monitoring, preparation of contractor construction plans, and geotechnical consulting and peer review, legal support, and expert witness services.
