"What we have done really well this week is lay the foundations properly, get the understanding of what we want to do and why and then build throughout the week. They included England's New Zealand-born flanker Ethan Roots on the Haka and Ollie Lawrence on watching the British and Irish Lions as a fan on their 2017 tour of New Zealand.
